Ingredients Each capsule contains: Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) rich oil derived from microalgae Schizochytrium species 250mg Equiv. to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 100mg Directions Infants 0-6 months: exclusive breastfeeding is recommended, consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed. 7 months -6 yrs take 1 capsule daily; 7-11 yrs take 2 capsules daily; 12+ yrs take 3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
