Order & Payment
1. What are the payment methods accepted? Debit card, Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer and PayNow are available. 2. What are the shipping fees for my order? Shipping fee will be auto-calculated upon check-out based on the number of orders in your shopping cart. You can enjoy free shipping for purchase above $50. 3. How long until my order is confirmed? Usually this process is immediate. As soon as you have placed an order and payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your email as soon as you place an order. This email is a guarantee that your order has been confirmed. Without this email, your order will not have been confirmed. 4. I have completed a payment but have not received a confirmation email. What do I do? Most payments and orders are processed immediately. If you have placed an order and have not received a confirmation email in 24 hours, please contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp. Do not repeat the same order in order to avoid any unnecessary duplication. 5. How long is the order processing? We will process your order within 3 to 5 working days. For pre-order products, it takes additional 2-4 weeks for the products to arrive Singapore, subjected to change based on factory and weather constraints, therefore we seek your kind understanding and patience. A tracking ID will be sent to you once your product is out for shipment. 6. Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order after it has been paid for and confirmed? Do contact us via email with your order date and order number, provided that the item is still at the processing stage. If the item is already delivered out, we do not allow any changes anymore. Do note that for payment made through credit card or paypal, cancellation charges will be borne by the buyer which is charged by the payment gateway, not by us. 7. What do I do if a product that I want is out of stock? Belifestyle.com.sg does not allow you to add products that are out of stock to your cart. Kindly wait until it is in stock for you to place an order. Or you can email us the stock you need, we will email you once the stocks arrived.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellation
We only accept exchange of items if they are damaged or wrong items received. Provide us the date of order and order number, a photo proof of the product and details of the problem, email to belifestyle.sg@gmail.com and we will contact you soon. You can exchange an item if the following conditions are met: a) Item is in its original condition b) Original tags and packaging are still in place c) Return is done within 7 days of receiving the order. We do not allow cancellation due to change of mind, you can email us to change the product if you have purchased the wrong product though. Please provide us the order date and order number.
